I am passionate and determined to provide the most appropriate treatment to individuals for injuries and rehabilitation. From university and experience in the workplace, I have an in-depth understanding of neurological and skeletal muscle assessment, treatment and rehabilitation. Having worked in football clubs as well as with individuals in my own therapy/personal training business, I have gained a lot of knowledge of how to successfully treat and prescribe a progressive rehabilitation programme. Whether it is a post-operative patient or a fully fit individual looking to strengthen their hobby, I find the work extremely rewarding.
Tom saunders BSc (Hons)
Training started as a passion for myself as a teenager and has now become a passion to educate others. I studied sports therapy and rehabilitation at the university of Chichester, which then developed into personal training and then strength and conditioning courses. I believe i can make a difference helping people no matter what the situation or injury.
After 10 years of coaching, strongly linked on the rehab side I found my methods evolve into a more holistic approach towards strength training. The key part of my work is changing the mindset of a person who doesn't know their full potential even with a significant injury.
